INICIACION EN TENIS PARA NINOS CON

DISCAPACIDAD INTELECTUAL, BUENOS AIRES
The Development of Tennis initiative has been developed for children with learning difficulties in schools in Buenos Aires with its partner charity, Fundación Baccigalupo, supported by Gabriella Sabatini. Activities were due to start in 2020 but were put on hold during the pandemic, during which 700 children were kept active by generating daily videos with a variety of different sporting and cognitive challenges. As well as continuing on the virtual platforms, activities are now beginning face to face and it is the programme’s firm objective for 2022 to continue strengthening the tennis initiation schools and attract new students.

75th Anniversary of IC of Argentina

To commemorate their 75th anniversary, the IC of Argentina held an international celebratory event in Buenos Aires from 19th - 23rd April 2023.
