Uruguay and Rwanda exchange ends on a high note!

We are celebrating the successful conclusion of the Cultural Exchange between ICPF’s programmes in Uruguay and Rwanda. 

The aim is to unite children in different parts of the world to help them learn about different cultures and histories. Our hope is that these Student Ambassadors continue to share their lives with Exchange friends following the formal programme.

The children shared with each other via letters and videos which were uploaded to a Google drive site and the programme ended with a live Zoom exchange. Topics covered: hobbies, culture, what school and family life are like, foods they enjoy, and what they do for fun.

The smiles on the children's faces as they learned about each other’s cultures and their ability to share about themselves was heartwarming to see.
