MEXICO, Leon

In conjunction with The Municipal Sports Commission, the programme supported underprivileged children from local schools between the ages of 6 and 16. This is a vulnerable community with a high exposure to drugs. The programme aimed to foster a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a confident approach to life to try to encourage the children to overcome some of the challenges they were likely to experience in such an environment.  At least 815 children took part in the programme from the start in 2011, up to end December 2025.
