TDKET in Addis Ababa - Report 2023 The year 2023 was a big challenge for TDKET. For the second time, the fences surrounding the tennis facility were torn down because the street was being expanded. New fences were built in-house. One of the two tennis courts can only be used for training. Teaching is becoming increasingly important at TDKET. Thanks to the generous support by Dr. Manfred Lautenschläger, 30 children from TDKET now attend a private high school. The oldest have successfully graduated in 2023. The children of TDKET continue to be successful in tennis tournaments. Some of them took part in a major international event as representatives of the Ethiopian association. Last but not least: The number of children taking part in the program has increased to 70, mainly with kids in the youngest age-group.
