February 2020, the ASKEP organises the 4th Tennis Open of Kep in the south of Cambodia.

It’s been almost 10 years since the association provided tennis equipment and infrastructure to local youth.

This year, the open has gathered more than 30 young Cambodians from 4 to 18 years old as well as 10 senior players during three days.

The French bureau was represented by Gregory, President and Founder of ASKEP, Sara, in charge of communications, Arthur the local representative of the association and Étienne, the development manager.

The Kep Open is a great opportunity to observe the life of the club, to feel the energy that everyone puts to practice and promote tennis in the region.

Like every year, kids were offered the official T-Shirt of the 2020 open, designed by Raphael and locally produced in Phnom Penh. Participants could offer 1 T-shirt to the kids by buying one for themselves.

After three days of intense competition in the heat of Cambodian’s spring, everyone was enthusiastic and convinced that the association plays a federative and educative role in the region.

Kids and adults are all looking forward to setup the next tournament, to continue to open the doors of tennis practice to Cambodian youth.
